XM nullified my profits and closed my account on alleged arbitrage trade while I had only entered a single position. My understanding of arbitrage is that you enter two opposite positions which I even Don't understand since it will only break even.

XM terminated my account but has refused to give me back my 1005$ investment for over 6 months. Any time I contact them they are rude and unprofessional and do not provide any solution despite their terms and condition admit that my operations were cancelled and thus they have to give me back my investment.

MY THIRD REVIEW JUST TO REPLY PAYBACKFX EXCUSES Review
There's no such things of 2 weeks back payment on XM weekly automation rebate payout. I am not dead yet and I am still trading under another rebate platform with a new XM trading account. XM will do twice a week payment on every Tuesday and Thursday.

I had traded with XM Forex broker. After about 2 weeks, I had made some profit and I got an email from XM to notify me that my account was connected to an account leverage of 1:25. Then XM nullified all my profit . However, I have never been connected to any 1:25 account as this is my first registration with XM.
