    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Problem Banc de Binary Mega Scam

I am having an issue with a company
I totally agree with Samantha it is time for us to do a class action against Banc de Binary. They have completely ruined my life. I absolutely regret that sorry day when I received a call from banc de Binary and they lied and lied to steal all my life's savings. I do not know how they can look at themselves in the mirror. What I can say is what goes around comes around. They will get their share.

What hate speech is she talking about? That people want their money back from being scammed and that BDB and the people that work for them should be brought up on criminal charges? I'm copying the thread where the client had a video shared on YouTube that forced BDB to pay back the full amount on a condition to delete the video from YouTube. By doing that you have confirmed that scamming clients is part of your business. Isn't it.

You are correct that the waiver the client signed asks the client to remove the complaint from the internet. This is part of the agreement. This is something that is in most client cases considered to be mandatory for reaching a resolution. We can't see the reason why this is considered by you as a scam move towards our clients as they are getting exactly what we said we will give them. Like any agreement, it should work both ways. Don't you agree?

This is not the point, go one step back. was this agreement to take place if the client didn't have the video?!
