Scammed by Cmstrader

Dear Forex Peace Army representative,

Excuse me for the delay in replying to your message, however, the email that you sent came in SPAM. Either way the client that you are referring to has two things that we should keep in mind (that are clearly stated in our Terms and Conditions)

1. He did not send his KYC documentation, which is required for withdrawals, as otherwise we are not complying with anti-money laundry.
2. His account was under investigation for anomalies in terms of open orders on wrong market rates.

For that reason the reply to his account was delayed, as all above mentioned are also mentioned in the Terms and Conditions of our platform. Either way we will reimburse the client, as the investigation is done and he has submitted minimum required documents.

We hope this clears up the issue.

In post #3 on page 1 of this thread, you will see an image of a CMS Trader employee assuring this client that a withdrawal had already been sent. If the client never completed KYC/AML procedures, how could this have happened?

How soon can the client expect to get all of his money?

Steven i did send all the required KYC documents i even have an email confirming that.And why i was never told about this before.Give a specific date of when am i going to get my money.i am tired of your empty promises and insults.

I also have the same problem with Mr.Steven Black.He is a true scammer.

Guys, if you have a problem with a broker then I suggest you open a thread in Scam folder with the full details of your problem with your broker to get more suggestions regarding how to get your funds back from them.
