Binary Basis with Apple Options and Discover Options Scammed me $35K via its Managed Accounts fraud.

If your deposits were by credit card, contact the fraud department at your bank.

Another option is to get a lawyer. WinThisCase does legal referrals.

I am yet to get any feedback from these people. I really advice everyone to stay away from Binary Basis, Apple Options and Discover Options as these people are a complete fraud.
 
Sorry to hear your ordeal. I had a similar experience with these scam artists. Exactly how you have described it. If I may ask, where are you based? Reason being that I recovered all my money through my bank here in the USA. I made the deposits using my debit card and I called and explained to them what has happened. They were very helpful and it about a month for them to send me a letter that they have resolved the dispute in my favor.
 
I am based in Canada. Unfortunately, i made all payments by transfer and the banks couldn't do anything about it. Thanks for your concerns.
 
Sorry to hear that. Request to speak with the fraud department. They should be able to advise you on how to handle this. If I see another option, I will post it here.
 
Hi I had the exact same experience as you with the exact same email. Helen Costa is a liar, she has said that she doesn't work for the company anymore and none of the customer service people bother to respond. Someone needs to make sure that this company gets dealt with. Can the Hong Kong gambling commission help?
