I subscribed to a 3 month plan in mid October. This website had good reviews and I thought they were genuine. There was also a 30 day money back guarantee.
I emailed them after a few days asking them about various things - like their excel sheet of 80% win rate put on their website which could not be accessed. I also asked them some questions.
I've never received a single response to my email.
Within 2 weeks of enrolling, I decided that I don't want to continue because customer service is so bad - I haven't received a single response to any of my emails. So I asked for a refund - it was within the 30 day period.
All in all, I've written 7 emails since I enrolled (October 18th) and I haven't received a single response.
They have not honored their 30 day money back guarantee. I've been asking them for a refund within 2 weeks of enrolling. Many times! And not a single email has been responded to.
Why they refused to reply my email - they have not done it once and all I've asked for is normal questions and for them to honor their refund policy - I don't know.
