Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.
Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"
Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"
Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"
Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.
More info coming soon.
Dear IRONFXSCAM,
......
With regard to the Court decision referred to in your comment, please be informed that the matter was escalated to the Supreme Court of Cyprus which has ruled in favour of IronFX. You may find the final decision issued by the Supreme Court in the same database referenced in your comment.

any update on this, had Markos Kashiouris, Sebastian Kopf, Bernd Joost wegen Betruges FRAUD shown up at Munich Prosecutors Dr. Scholze office
The procedure is still open and has the ref. no. 311 Js 182229/15.
Some German traders were asked to testify and did it. There are no other updates. Please note that every prosecutor in the EU can issue an European Investigation Order in criminal matters. The Republic of Cyprus can also be requested to deliver international mutual assistance in criminal matters
The rent that IronFx did not pay. They just kicked it back to the lower court. It was some weird technicality with jurisdiction, which is odd in itself. They did not dispute the fact that ironfx owed the rent monies and never paid the rent monies owed.
Jesus. Who willingly wants to live in Cyprus with this kind of law?
Instead of actually just paying their clients and people, IronFx has gone through quite the PR campaign at the last minute to scrub all negative articles, videos, etc from the internet. Couldn't that same money/effort have gone towards actually paying your clients?
who knows , maybe he can identify himself prior usual promises
