ProLiveSignals.com and OptionsOrbit.com

I would like to know whether or not the following two are scams:

1) ProLiveSignals.com, and
2) OptionsOrbit.com

There's is something fishy about the two and I just can't put my finger on it.

I know the guy behind all these scams, and he is living in China , Shenzhen

Ya, I came across optionsorbit too and my scam radar went off too. Binary options in general is very fishy. I stayed away from this one. A friend of mine is with them if I can get any info from her I will share it.

Every online broker or fund management is prone to be scam. We have to take responsibility of our investments. If you do not feel comfortable then just dont invest there.

This. "Binary options" is a big red flag for me.

I am never trade on binary option
but many bad statement about binary broker that scam and so on, might still in lucky because never trying on red flag

Have you looked around Scam Alerts? The war against bad binary options companies is in full swing. If there are victims, someone will include the information in their complaints to regulators. Lawyers filing class action and individual lawsuits will want the information.

Post the information as well as any evidence you have.

the scammer behind those two websites is an Algerian named KINAA LARBI, he is Sara, Clara, Nancy and all the other Skype names, he is still living in Shenzhen City in China, I met him personally a few years ago. before he screwed me with another Serbian guy that I forget the name. after spending few years investigating I was able to put my hand on the list of the people he cheated and one of his Visa, he was using a fake Slovenian passport, one my Chinese friends sent me his most recent photo which I attached. now as i'm not living in China anymore, i want someone to put this guy in jail.
i couldn't attach the list as it's in Exel file.
