How did you resolve the problem?

With agreement both sides to drop charges and they will return the last trade to my account and cancel it.

Do you intend to continue trading with them? If not, try to withdraw all of your money now. Getting the cash back into your hands is a much better resolution than waiting to see if you can withdraw it later.
