Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Problem HYFX - are they legit?

I am having an issue with a company
I am dealing with "her" right now. I've found her to be pushy and bullying and threatening when shes not saying that she'll make me money because she likes me and wants to marry me. just gave me the "customer service contact" which is an unanswered mobile number to find their only contact is whatsapp!!! When I questioned their bona fides they said their info was priviledged and couldn't divulge it but gave me an address: Our company address: C3 floor, Lucky Plaza, 315-321 Lockhart Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. HYFX Co., Ltd. and said I could come there (I'm in Australia).

Hello! To open a real account, you need to provide your ID card or passport photo. Email address. Phone number. I will submit the system for review. After the review is passed, the system will automatically send your account and login password to your email address. Thank you.
This is a highly sophisticated scam as far as scams go and I've seen many and my advice is get off the online dating sites they are 99% scammers.
If you must go on them the first thing you need to do is ask for them to write your name on a peice of paper and send a photo of them holding it. Most wont do it but any that do at least you can see who you're talking to.
Any ideas on how to expose these criminals would be appreciated.

Thanks for sharing your story. I believe once you have gotten in their traps, it's difficult to think clearly, but whatever investment you do just do your due diligences.

Always follow your guts.

Hi @Gregfazz im dealing with her now too. Pretty much same story and seems to be the same girl from the picture. To me she doesn’t have mentioned about daughter. She is claiming to be lonely and alone. She make 500k in forex and 300k profit. Her uncle gives the tip which she will forward to me. We’re here so far. So you think I should play along and “waste” her time?

That's up to you, it kept me amused for a while but nearly pulled me in because I didn't see the hook which is handing control of your investment over to some dubious broker and when you tried to withdraw. Just be fully aware it's not "her" and it is a scam. I guess if your taking "her" time then it's not going into scamming some other poor sod. I just wonder if there's some organisation that could track down and expose these crooks.

Yup @Gregfazz ,@PK494 I don’t think I’m going to give any money to her. I’m trying to understand the catch here. Some ppl says she will ask to send money to her and some say brokerage is the fraud. Is brokerage HYFX limited fraud too?
Thanks very much to this thread and saved me from being scammed.

There's no catch. They just want your money, that is their main and only goal. You can try and question or argue with others that this is not the case. You have the right to do so, however this is clearly a scam. You do not send any money to anyone without doing any research and blindly trusting someone you just met online. Real investment takes effort or you can gamble your money away. That's all up to you.

If you don't want any trouble just block that person ASAP. If you have a kind heart and do some justice play along with them and see how much information you can get and then report these roaches and low life people to officials. A lot of victims will thank you and you have done a great deed in this world.

No he invertido dinero todavía (gracias a Dios) ... ¡Gracias chicos!

Hi guys, sorry I am new here (but I am very happy I did my DD and found you all!) - as I seem to have gotten into a similar scam that has been reported in different versions by many of you before - although my connection was not the tinder / dating app girl but someone who "accidentally" connected with me on WhatsApp - and after a few rounds of talks comes the story of FOREX and the "famous uncle' at HSBC and her trading tips - that seem to all pan out - and offer me to trade along on HYFX ... but just the email alone (yahoo?) and only a shop address (and only on the Chinese site) were another red flag. Let alone that the story is too good to be true. Does anybody else have any experience with HYFX? I didn't invest any money yet (thanks God)... Thanks guys!

Hi, how are you? This is the person who wrote you by mistake and started chatting with you, because the same thing happened to me and he tells me that he has a company that manufactures sports equipment for gyms and that he operates in forex through the hyfx broker of which he does not I found no information that is accurate
