This is like a mob gang on here, it’s the “we all hate Dec” club. Just for info Dec is still very much around, he’s not run off anywhere, he’s still online answering questions. Instead of surmising like everyone is, why don’t some of you just ask him the questions. Nobody is 100% certain what happened, nobody is 100% certain what is happening. A lot of people saying they are just wanting to help, yet in the next breath post memes and take the pi55 out of people that put money in. Shows the credibility of some people in here as well.

His solicitor is sending out letters confirming the money is there soon

We don't dislike Dec; we just dislike the fact that he is trading illegally and that all of this smells more fishy than Grimsby docks.

If you know Dec, why don't you get him to come on here and answer a lot of questions that we all have such as why has he lied about the FCA registration, proof of funds being invested and the reciprocal receipts with the gains, etc. If he can prove that this is not a scam and that Friday's events are just an unfortunate sequence then we'll shut up.

However, from an outsider looking in, it does not look good for those that have "invested".

If nobody is certain what has happened or is happening, it's perfectly fine to speculate on a public forum and warn people away. I think everyone can do that given the circumstances you know, declan not being FCA registered, clearly lying to client's, holding large sums of money and having people coming to his house.

Maybe he doesn't want to be called out on his lies? You realise the evidence posted in this thread is not even debatable you understand that right? I agree some of the things posted here ARE speculation.

But you can't deny that declan is not FCA registered and has had his account frozen by the FCA, seen as the FCA has actually come.out and said he hasn't got a license, isnt in the process of applying and hasn't been frozen by them.

When the panic button gets hit, people will do anything to get out and the hole just keeps getting deeper. It's not hard to imagine that situation, from the outside it looks like he is stalling. He's already lied to clients, it isnt a push.

His solicitor is telling him to give back as much money as he can to because he's already in the S***.

FCA Is on his ass the Police is investigating the SFO is investigating.
