Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.More info coming soon.

ICM, are you saying that Cloverix connects to a second, faster datafeed from somewhere? Does ICM have such badly lagging prices that an EA could exploit them? If so, why doesn't ICM fix this? Surely if an EA running on a trader's MT4 platform could get prices faster, a broker like ICM could get an even better datafeed.
Assuming that there is no external datafeed to the EA, the non-centralized nature of the forex market would mean that the prices as presented by ICM are the market prices. Otherwise, ICM is saying that they provide off market prices to all their traders.

All Brokers/Market Makers obtain prices from external READ ONLY price feeds and calculate a quoted price on which their traders can execute trades. The shear mechanics of this process creates an inherent latency in the range of 200 milliseconds between the prices of the read only source and the tradable prices. It is important to note that this latency affects every market maker.
Most of the time, the prices the Market Maker quotes are so similar to the read only source that it is impossible for traders to exploit the latency. However, automated trading programs (like CloveriX) exploit these minute latencies by also connecting, as Pharaoh correctly assumes, to a read only source and looking for gaps where the prices have jumped significantly before the Market Maker's quoted price can catch up.

Some Brokers/Market Makers combat these EAs by increasing their spreads thereby requiring larger, less frequent price gaps in order for the EAs to profit. Others use dealers or programmed execution delays to re-quote prices.
Because ICM has very tight spreads and no dealing desk, we provide an excellent platform for legitimate speculative trading but also fall victim to the unscrupulous trading practices of these EAs. Rather than undermine our legitimate speculative traders by altering our trading environment, ICM has chosen to simply not honor trades that are conducted in this unscrupulous manner.

My suggestion is, don't waste your time. They will not refund. I also tried. The CloveriX EA is grabage. Hope others read this thread and stay away.

Don't use on live account
I just want to add my experience with this EA has been similar to others in this thread. I ran it successfully on demo but it consistently lost money on a live account for several months until I pulled it. It's very misleading that it now shows over a year of successful forward testing. This is a perfect example of an EA that is crafted to show success on demo accounts so they can continue to market it to unsuspecting newcomers. Don't run it on a live account!
