FOREX PRO Weekly August 13-17, 2012

ok maybe he is sick and quite frankly this forum might not be that high on his priority list when not feeling well. hope nothing more serious than that. anyway, given that mr market is fast asleep it, nothing has really changed since yesterday. waiting for the next directional move. but as for me, am tired of waiting today. so am gonna go take a shower, and do something more uplifting. ;-)
cheers.

Without saying anything and having reserved space in the forum??
Well, I don't thing so. But who knows...

I'm not sure when he uploaded it but since it has 0 viewers , then i guess has has uploaded it in the last hour or so , you can find it on YouTube under the same channel .

DJG et all,
I normally receive an email each morning [i.e. about 07.30 in UK] but today no email from Sir Sive.
I just thought I would check the forum anyway - and there is the update. So I guess the email must have been forgotten.
But what the heck; like Triantus says, nothing decisive is happening, so I am glad for the curb to my 'over active' trading.
We tend to 'expect' the service - but we have no right to do so!.
It is just a fantastic forum, no doubt about that.

AAAhhh,
I should have waited a few more minutes!!!
5 minutes after I sent the above message, Sive's email has arrived in my mailbox. About six-ish hours after "usual" time

Sive sir, you are the best!
Your daily analysis is by far better and more professional than some paid services.
Thanks!

By the way, what is the reason for this big rally on the Euro?

Bull vs Bear... :)

beautiful charts. the basic dilemma of the universe perfectly illustrated: yin/yang, night/day, sith/jedi, etc...

Hello Sive!

I perfectly understand your view and I might say it is a delight to see you at work. I am wondering if I will ever come close to your expertise. So, why do you use the most recent ABC to appoint the target? Is this something like a rule or it is just your view, based on your feeling (talent)? I am asking this because I always use the target based on the initial ABC.

Thank you!

P.S. I hope my software is wrong!!!

Hi Pragmatic,
you're correct, initial ABC is important, but it is not forbidden to use most recent AB=CD, as well as longer AB leg, that could combine both patterns. This usually depends on situation. Initial AB=CD has not vanished. It is still valid.
That is not SG on weekly - we've discussed it in weekly research. Market has closed above MACDP, at least based on Alpari UK quotes.
We may ask Damian to confirm this or not, since now he have access to EUR Futures by Genesis software.
