Hello Forex Peace Army,
I am reporting a serious problem with Exness regarding unauthorized trading activity on my account.
Account number: 105954384
Broker: Exness
Instrument: XAUUSD
Date of incident: 11 December 2025
Approximate loss: IDR 19,500,000
On 11 December 2025, multiple XAUUSD trades were executed rapidly on my account within seconds. I did not consciously place these trades and was not actively trading at that time. The trading pattern was extremely fast and repetitive, which is abnormal for my usual manual trading behavior.
After noticing the loss, I immediately contacted Exness support and fully cooperated by providing all requested documents, including complete trading history, deal reports, deposit history, and security confirmations.
Exness stated that the trades were executed using valid credentials and therefore considered legitimate. However, Exness refused to provide IP address details or device-level transparency that could help clarify how these trades were initiated. A final decision email was sent rejecting any form of compensation, including partial goodwill.
I believe this case deserves independent public review, as the loss was not caused by a trading decision I consciously made. I am requesting Exness to reconsider this case or provide clearer transparency regarding the execution source of these trades.
Thank you to the FPA team for reviewing my case.
