can you shortly tell why commodities tend to be more in OB/OS than currencies? What fundamental or other reason could be (justify) for that?

Well, there could be more than just one reason for that. My suggestion is commodities stand closer to production and fundamental factors. That's why their reaction is more stable. Liquidity of commodities are also less than financial markets (not always but as a rule). That's why trends as soon as they have started - are stronger.
