DBFX Charting Problems

Hello, I have been using DBFX for about 6 months and noticed that the daily charts (open and close) don't always match the hourly charts.
For example some of the daily open/close rates relate to the 22.00 - 22.00 hourly charts and some of the daily charts (open/close) relate to the 16.00 - 16.00 hourly charts.
I contacted DBFX and and provided an example of this to which they replied 'Thankyou for raising this issue, there must be a production fault' ............... mmm, surely any charting inconsistencies should be taken more seriously than that ?
Is this a common problem on charting software provided by Forex brokers ?

That's what I would call "really not good".

Charts should match up. The opening of the first hour in a day should match the Daily opening. The opening of the first 1 minute chart in an hour should match the hourly chart's opening of that bar.

I'd recommend being very careful with them until this is fixed.
