I notice Sive Mortin uses Dinapoli's (Sorry, not spelled correctly)trading method in his video's. And his book was mentioned. Where can you get the book and what is the name of the book.

That's kind of expensive. Is the book hard to understand, and I read in some reviews that there is a lot of hard math in it. And that it would take a college grad to figure it out. Is all that math necessary to trade the markets. I mean, most software MT4 has the fib levels in it and there is no need to do the math. Of course there is the past low and high and the closing prices built into much of the trading Analysis. After all most indicators use past price performance to give a roadmap of where future price is headed. But software today has all the technical analysis built into it without the user having to do complicated math problems. From some of the videos I watched on Dinapoli he simplifies the Fib levels with only a few instead of all the retracements. So it makes me wonder if Dinapoli's book is really complicated as it seems. Just wondering, from a newbie trader.

Before dropping a couple hundred on a copy, I recommend going through Forex Military School. It's free and Sive talks a lot about DiNapoli. After that, if the method sounds really good to you, it may be worth it. If it seems too overly complex, then you can pursue an alternative trading system.

Selecting a trading system to match your own personal style can be the difference between success and failure.

I've been reading in "Forex Military School." Very interesting. I'll keep that up for a while. I have been studying for a while on Forex, but I haven't tried actual trading yet. Practice I mean. I still need further study before diving in. There are a lot of systems out there. But, Sive's video's are also helpful.I am a recruit, but maybe I'll get out of Bootcamp soon.

I can be wrong, as i'm a begginer myself, but i don't see the need to spend any dime when all the ifno one can get on foruns just like this one and dedicated websites is so extense - overwhelming for me, at least at the moment. Ireally would love t ocome to a point where all that I see out here would be common knowledge to me, but I really don't believe that will happen on my lifetime.

Never spend a cent before reading all the free stuff available. That will give you enough information to decide if you really need to buy something else or not. Sive provides enough info for you to decide if the DiNapoli book or something like a Bloomberg news feed is needed for your chosen trading style or not.

What do you mean by this statement. I am currently studying on this site as well as another site, won't mention name of it. I see a lot of information on the internet pertaining to Forex. Of course there is gonna be free information, after all you have retail brokers as well as banks that need the little guy to spend money. We are the ones that stand to lose the most, as most of us have little capitol to risk as compared to the brokers and banks. Sure there is free information, that is how they make there money, that is how we lose our money. So we got no other choice but to learn. Sive recommends Dinapoli's book in his forums. That's O.K. with me. I like extensive learning.
