Good morning,
market surprisingly has accomplished Butterfly's target around 1.2640 although we had some doubts about this. Although short term context still holds

meeting could have significant impact on the market. From techincal point of view, this could appear in price action around butterfly:

The technical portion of Sive's analysis owes a great deal to Joe DiNapoli's methods, and uses a number of Joe's proprietary indicators. Please note that Sive's analysis is his own view of the market and is not endorsed by Joe DiNapoli or any related companies.

Sive, Want to add my appreciation of your analysis and sharing it with us. I did notice a DiNapoli Rail Track Friday morning in the 4hr bars. Could this indicate some additional short term pressure/direction to the down side or just an aberration of low volume close to a Holiday Weekend (US)?

Hi Ewbeeson,
Actually, I would not call it as RRT, since they suggest rejection of some "unnatural" price. Since there was a price action to the left not so long time ago, this is probably not RRT. Better to treat is as retracement after hitting of Butterfly 1.27 target.

Thanks Sive,
Having seen how well your analysis has been working, you have inspired me to get the DiNapoli book and really look much harder at the Fib levels. They have never made much sense or correlated well for me before, but I am able to understand better. The butterfly pattern is intriguing and would like to know more about it. Can you suggest a resource for that?

Hm, try to start from our Forex Military School. It contains a lot important and advanced info not only about butterfies (with real examples), that will be hard to find elsewhere.
