Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Problem Forex.com Address Update Issue

Account Blocked for Over Two Months, Forced to Close – No Resolution (Case #13214274)

I have been a Forex.com client from Canada. In mid-May 2026, I updated my address on file, after which Forex.com initiated a “security re-verification” process and blocked my account.

For over two months, I contacted support repeatedly through live chat and email, but none of these interactions led to any resolution. Every time I followed up, I got vague responses and no clear timeline. My case number is #13214274, in case anyone from Forex.com is monitoring reviews.

After two months of getting nowhere, I had no choice but to close my account with Forex.com entirely.

This is unacceptable for a regulated broker. Two months of unresponsive support over a routine address update forced a client to walk away. I’m posting this publicly because internal support channels completely failed me. I’d caution other traders to think twice before trusting this broker with a smooth account experience.
