Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

General discussions of a financial company
hi simsek

FMT made for me 100pips within November and -20pips within December. Went over the sheet and saw some mistakes I fixed

Because of starting my business I wont test anymore all the times because it seems useless.
I will use TMT for 6:00-6:30am GMT and FMT for default time........ and of course for the Asian session ;)

Hi Dirk, I am from India, could you please clarify what time should I input in FMT , coz i am trying since last 4 days but not succeeded your help would be appriciated, please let me know which time should I input in EA and also in chart, Thanks

hi hetav

depends on your broker..... I use Alpari UK and for them I have to put 7:30 in.
Ok, easiest thing for you to do is first of all you need to know what 6:30am GMT is your time.
Then open your MT4 platform a few minutes before and click the market button. There you have your broker time at the upper left. And this is the exact time for your FMT to put in. Say your broker shows 10.23 at 6:23am GMT you have to put 10:30 into your EA and he is ready to take a trade at 10:30/6:30GMT.....
and there is no need to put the indicator at your chart.......

Dirk, on Mark's website under the results for December he posted TMT FMT results. With the stock FMT he lost less money. Do you know why that is?

hi FXCO

could be several reasons. I had -20pips with FMT til 17th. There was a mistake within my sheet. Sry.
I used to trade with an older PC so there could be an signal issue. And he is trading with an different broker, could be an issue too. Overall there is a difference of 19.5 pips so the results are not that different.
I love the FMT and TMT so I will go live with both at 2nd week of January hopefuly keep in mind to switch them off at middle of December next year.....

Thanks Dirk for your reply, I am using Alpari uk and should i have to set exact market time in EA settings, as London markets open at 8AM and here in india it would be 1.30PM as we have +5.30 GMT so please let me know what should i enter in EA time settings.

ok

because you use Alpari UK too you have to use 7:30 for the time setting because Alpari is +1....

I wish all of you a HAPPY NEW YEAR :)

I like both as well..I am up overall with this EA. However, I have not made made any more pips with TMT, it seems to close the other 40% of my trade almost at 35 pips every time. My settings are 60% at 35 pips, exit strategy 1, ATR trailing true, ATR trailing period 20, and ATR coef, 1.0.
