Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

General discussions of a financial company
The cabinet is back online now. Just confirmed a internal transfer. Still have problems accessing forum though.

Most of the site is doing well against the continuing DDOS attack although access may be a little slow. The forum is also down for me but I'm sure during the day, our IT dept will fix that too.

If I may, I will quote Winston Churchill because this is how I feel now after this battle with the hackers :)
we shall fight on the seas and oceans,
we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our Island, whatever the cost may be,
we shall fight on the beaches,
we shall fight on the landing grounds,
we shall fight in the fields and in the streets,
we shall fight in the hills;
we shall never surrender

I have a report from IT. This attack on us is one of the biggest our IT manager has ever seen. This will be costing a lot of money to do.

FXOpen under massive DDOS attack

FXOpen is currently experiencing the largest DDOS attack in the company's history which has seriously affected website operations.

We fully realise how much of an inconvenience this is. FXOpen's website is attacked on average 4-5 times a month and for the last few years, the attacks have not affected us until this latest attack of unprecedented scale.

We thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through the solutions and install additional redundancy to protect against future attacks such as this one.

When you mentioned "This will be costing a lot of money to do.", I hope its not going to be that "expensive"; right??

I mean it costs a lot of money to make such an attack. Whoever ordered it has very deep pockets. We estimate around $20,000 per day to keep it up.

IB sites like fxfrench.com or fxmalay.com are working ok now as are the IB cabinets. Our IT department is making great progress.

Not really good.
I can only access it using RahmanSL link and my trick altogether...
And it's terribly slow.

I understand this is something completely beyond any legal system?
I mean no authority to report to to make them stop...

What about striking back?

It is really beyond my way of thinking. Why do "people" do it? What do they gain out of it?
