Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

General discussions of a financial company
Hello FXOpen NZ

I see by your earlier posts at this forum you where a senior member of the FXOpen team when I first suspected wrongful acts where being committed by other members of staff, so what forum issues that I've explained time and time again in private and now public, do you already know about and I'll try to help you out in understanding them.

Time for talking in private has long gone, 6 months have passed since I was first asked by a senior member in your brokerage firm to report (in private) all my forum issues, and what has happened ?

Your forum is now being used by lots of moderators as a place for their own self gain (or as a senior member states "their own benefit") while genuine members are scammed out of their money.
This I been privately reporting to your brokerage firm for the last 6 months or more, without any reply.

Your forum seems to have been used in what can only be seen as some form of "money laundering" scheme run by a few moderators.
This I again reported in private as far back as 6 months ago, without any reply.

We could start with the most serious one that has went unanswered for a couple of months, and now places your brokerage firm in a very bad light as it involving an alleged scam that might include, not just members of your staff both on and off your forum, but your brokerage firm itself ?

I'll await your reply before continuing our discussion, hopefully you can post a few details that you might want me to prove or answer to help speed up my issues, as we go along.

Thanks and good luck

Hello ilearn2t,
"Money laundering" ? It is just a forum with some forum-money system (money issued by the Company) and not involving any money from outside...very hard word "laundering".
Anyway, I am not in forum life to much so I have no idea what You are talking about, that's why I asked You to contack me via skype please: fxegypt.com , my name is Denis Peganov (FXO NZ Director).
Kind regards.

Hello FXOpen NZ

So why do you state "I have no idea what You are talking about" when it was yourself and other forum staff members who where aware of these type of things going on as far back to when I was a moderator myself at your forum ?

We both knew long ago that your forum moderators used the "Exchange" thread to transfer money between forum multiple accounts and one money payment processor, despite being warned by a senior member to stop using these multiple forum accounts, what else would you call it if not "Money laundering".

Not long after I publicity reported the suspect scam involving your moderators the thread was removed in what can only be seen as a cover up to hide the facts.
If you Google: NSAWORK - Local Exchange Zone - FXOpen forex forum

you might still see the threads where this alleged scam took place.

We both knew your moderator "waheedpcc" used intimidation to try and get another member to pay the forum $10 to have a ban removed, when I privately reported this, he banned myself using the lame excuse of me intimidating himself, but again we both knew he was the only one that posted very bad harassment remarks directed at myself.

He also deleted the truth to hide the facts, but most if not all staff members seen the messages before they where removed.

We both knew "waheedpcc" was mass deleting and banning genuine members, even when I proved this fact to yourself and others he admitted it, but he did claim a power cut in his region was the cause of one or more genuine members being banned or their posts being removed, and despite 100's of power cuts or 100's of genuine members being banned or their posts being deleted you still allow this moderator to continue in his job ?

I even forwarded a very intimidatory private message to yourself send by NSAwork to myself, moments before my final ban, again you did nothing.

So you and senior members of the brokerage firm knew long ago about these wrongful acts being committed by your junior moderators and nothing was ever done to stop them.

Why did no senior member answer my two simple questions that might have prevented your ForexCup contests from becoming a scam ?

For months I tried to have the two questions answered by lots of different people connected to your broker, but not one genuine reply.

In the end I had to default on winning a prize in the contest that cost me $6 to enter so it wouldn't cause my "real" account to become frozen when it came to me withdrawing any money from it.

Good luck

Hello ilearn2t,
I am not following forum activities, forum is not our main activity - it is just a public board for the Clients and kind of educational tool. I can not agree with "money laundering" phrase. Simply, because we (FXOpen) give bonuses (forum points) from our pocket and then any person has a right to withdrawal (change for the rel money) them by any convenient method...there are no any 3rd party money involved, it is just FXOpen's good will to give such points and exchange them for the money (only 1 way).
I am not checking my PM messages in the forum, simply because there are to many of them (this is not my job), so I ask you again to contact my skype, so we can discuss this case more detailed.
Calling ForexCup a scam is very strange for me. If you have any fact - kindly report to me or post it here. I can understand your frustration, but if you are using strong words you should have very strong arguments.
P.S. my skype: fxegypt.com , thanks in advance
P.S.2 Just cheked, you ForexCup acc was never disqualified...exchnage is not available for a few months as well....

Hello FXOpen NZ

Best thing you can do is check with your companies employee's and ask them how many times did I send requests asking how I could default on my ForexCup account to avoid winning a prize because under the rules and my wrongful ban, it would mean my "real" account would be frozen if I tried to withdraw any money for it.

I had to break the rules to save my "real" account, but at lease one person from your brokerage firm tried to help.

Conversation between a senior member of staff and myself:

My message:
I've now found a way to default on this contest so if I don't hear back from yourself before the contest ends this week I can place more than the 5 maximum orders at anyone time so I default on the rules and won't win a prize and cause my trading account any harm, if this is the case.

Good luck
Liz

His/her reply:
Hi Liz

To tell you the truth, I know little about these competitions but if you want my opinion, leaving it up to you to make a post about winning is a bit dumb. If they were organised correctly, they would contact the winner with a questionnaire which will then be published with the winner's answers.

Maybe I should tell them that. Got any other suggestions before I send the email?

In the end I had to break another rule while quickly opening and closing orders at a loss, because at that stage I was close to winning top prize of $1,000 plus.

Now look at your now ex-moderators thread on this forum and see how long I've waited for 2 simple answers that would have saved the ForexCup from being declared a scam by myself, but still they remain unanswered.

Can you now find out if someone ordered "ForexCup" on a social network site to report me for spam simply because I obeyed your ex-moderator and send them a message using their private system, and after my ban was lifted why did the owner "ForexCup" deny knowing anything about my message, when I posted my request in public ?

Heres the full message minus links that could be seen in this forum as spam:

Hello ForexCup

I've been told by one of your paid members of staff to post my request for answers here ?

but you can read for yourself here:

(link removed)

I was requested be a high ranking member in your brokerage firm to report anymore wrongdoings by other alleged bad moderators so you might as well read my finding here also.

(link removed)

I did follow advice from same high ranking member and report first alleged bad moderator in private on your paid-to-post forum which first lead to my first ban.

But it would be nice if you could take a few minutes out to explain why I can't get any answers to my first two questions here ?

https://www.forexpeacearmy.com/fore...-great-events-fxopen-update-5.html#post105281

First request Date: 11-02-2012, 06:18 AM and yet still no answers even before my first ban from your paid-to-post forum.

I'm not sure if the paid members of staff means for me to post this public or not, so I've sent it by private message first.

But I'd prefer to have your answers in public on all these subjects here:

https://www.forexpeacearmy.com/forex-forum/forex-brokers/1215-fxegypt-com-fx-open-39.html#post106521

Good luck
Liz

Until someone with common sense removes the rule from the ForexCup contests and your company investigates each members involvement in this matter and other wrongful acts committed by members of your staff, your company must still be seen in a bad light as $6 from my "real" account was used to enter the contest in question.

A contest where near every member of staff knew by banning someone like myself from the forum would guarantee me never winning a prize or losing my "real" account in the process.

So your forum>ForexCup>broker all are included and linked together in this mess.

Good luck

Until we hear from FXOpen NZ in this thread about the ForexCup scam I can only warn others to avoid these contests.

Until FXOpen NZ confirms, or shows proof that his brokerage firm was involved or not in the money laundering scam I can only advise others not to risk any capital in their company.

Until their wrongdoing employees are investigated for intimidation of clients and dealt with I can only advise others not to risk any capital in their company.

Good luck
