I have contacted FSPL regarding my case and hopefully I would receive a reply from FSPL.
As for CaesarTrade, no reply from their side. Sent another followup email.
I don't know how many people are going to lose their life savings because of these kind of bucket shops. The sooner all the regulatory bodies and governments get together and make decision on binary options, it will be better.
So, if you are a client and have a problem with CaesarTrade, just complain to a mysterious outside organization which never answers messages. Sounds like a great plan for a broker - if the broker wants to be able to steal from clients at will.
