his ability to trade has simply been hampered by his accounts being frozen. And don’t give me that BS of it was someone else’s account/someone else ripping people off; haven’t heard bigger BS in my life.

the police wouldn’t just seize his electronics if there wasn’t a case in the first place; they simply aren’t that whimsical..

ask yourself why the services of a qc are needed anyway? Serious stuff for someone that’s meant to be innocent

You keep playing contrarian, it's making you look silly now. The lawyers he has appointed are Chris Daw QC a barrister who specialises in standing for criminals, same with the solicitor. You think Declan has got these lawyers to stand for him for the situation of one of his clients scamming people putting into his pot. Don't be silly.

Not to burst your bubble on a number of those "facts" but everyone I know has been told the exact same thing so far. The private messages whilst not being copy and pasted, all read the same.
The "fact" about no communication isn't true. My friend was chatting to him yesterday.
I don't claim to be the oracle of all knowledge on this, but so so much of it is complete nonsense. Entirely made up by people with a "told you so" attitude.

You're talking to someone who is trying to de-rail the topic here, you will waste your time don't reply to them. These posters have being coming in daily since the suspension hit, you cannot shine light on any of the red flags to them, because they will play contrarian and look like absolute clowns doing so.
