Public Complaint – Onetwomarkets​

Title: Withdrawal stuck for 5+ weeks – USD 7,655.23 frozen – Onetwomarkets (South Africa)

Body:

I am a retail investor from Malaysia. Onetwomarkets (South African registered) has refused to process my withdrawals.

Timeline:

  • 30 April 2026 – I requested withdrawal of USD 720
  • 30 April 2026 – My account balance froze at USD 6,935.23 (no daily earnings since)
  • 9 May 2026 – First email to new Portfolio Manager (Kevin Pangestu)
  • 4 June 2026 – Kevin finally replied (almost 1 month later) – no resolution
  • 6 June 2026 – I requested full balance withdrawal – still no payment
What was promised: Revan ASHFORD (Onetwomarkets rep) said withdrawals take 1–3 days.
Reality: Over 5 weeks and still nothing.

Total funds trapped: USD 7,655.23

Warning to others: Do not deposit money with Onetwomarkets until they prove they honor withdrawals.

I have filed a complaint with the FSCA (South Africa's financial regulator).
