Dear Andrew, I do have accounts with Liteforex, Alpari UK and RBS ( former ABN Amro) and I funded and withdrew several times money from these brokers. I never had to wait longer than 3 business days with any of them via bank wire. LR withdrawals were done in no longer than a maximum of 5 hours.
I too emailed Joe Adams several times with no response.
I don't care about the number of requests they might have.
What does it mean "waiting list"?
Are they waiting for new clients to bring in money so they can pay the old clients money back because they already spent it?
Every serious and honest broker does not touch the clients money. Every serious broker must be ready every time the client is requesting his money to give the client his money back.
The conclusion is: Prime4x is not a serious and also not a honest broker.
I already sent an email to the FSC (fscmauritius@intnet.mu) and will continue to fight for my money. The next step is to go next week to German police and ask them to start an investigation. I already put together a file including everything I have (account statements, emails, live chat protocols etc.).
I'm very surprised that FPA doesn't take any action at all.
Maybe they do have some relationship with Prime4x. Why do they recommend to contact Joe Adams but this guy does not help most of the people at all and is just delaying everything?
Other brokers were declared as scam very fast (i.e. instaforex) and action was taken.
What we as clients can do is spread the word as quick as possible into every forum we can find about Prime4x and warn people to open accounts with them. This should hurt them most.
Now its Prime4x turn to prove that they are a serious and honest broker and not a scam by honoring their clients withdrawals requests immediately.

they did not pay to no one.they did not process withdrawal with all countries..they fraud people only with bollshiiit...i sent my complain to NFA ,,and they have answered me after a week..i will countinue till i get my money from this scam company...

i advice anyone ,if you want your money dont let prime4x.com suck your money,and send your complain till have time .if our complain of prime4x be more and more ,NFA will proccess our case earlier....and we will be success..
i and many of my friends sent our complaines and explained all of their games for them..in this 4 months ago...be hopeful in action we will success ...

Question About Forex Peace Army and Prime4X?

In the review section about Prime4X, this is what FPA admin rplied to my numerous requests for help
2010-06-23 Additional Note: An FPA Scam Investigator has asked Joe Adams for an explanation of your case.
After this note, I sent several request about the status of their investigation but Forex Peace Army Admin does not publish my posts ! Isn't this strange.
I repeat my question here to Forex Peace Army Admin: What is the status of your investigation. Every day that pass, new people are scammed

Yes. It is a confirmed SCAM.

My story:
I opened a live account with them and deposited €120 on 2009-12-11. Today is 2009-12-31 and still cannot see the money on my Prime4x account.
Naturally I contacted them many times. They replied only to my first email, ignoring further ones. Then I was using their chatting system. Four days - three different operators (Hana, Sara, Emma), do not know how many chat operators they hire. The chatting scheme is always the same, no matter if you chat with the same person again. You write you do not see your money, she pretends she talks with someone from accountant department putting you on hold for a few minutes, then she informs you to send a T/T copy to accountant@prime4x.com, you say you have done that 2 weeks ago, then she says they are "checking with our bank". This is always the last stage: "checking with our bank". You ask why they did not check it yesterday, before yesterday, before before yesterday, last week, last last week as promised. The answer: "we are checking with our bank".
Next week I am going to the police station and will inform you about the progress. Poland and Cyprus are members of European Union, in fact being one state from 1st of December 2009. I hope it will help to investigate my case quickly.
I must admit I had a bad luck, because the negative reviews on FPA about problems with deposits appeared just after I had made my own transfer. If I read them before I would not do it.

What is more they found more trails in Sweden continuing the investigation there. That lets me
to believe they will get my money back equally fast and find out who is behind the Prime4x company.

Customer: I opened a new account@ Prime4x, a Cyprus based forex broker, 8 weeks ago.The account opening and 1st funding of the acct. via wire ran without any problem. But the 2nd wire of 500 euros is not credited to my acct. since more than 3 weeks. I let my bank do some investigation
and after one week, I got the message that my wire was defenitely received by prime4x bank. The wire information I used the 2nd time was exactly the same like the first one. I send at least 5 emails to Prime4x and did serveral complaints via live chats all without any positive result. Seems that Prime4x
either has a bad working backoffice or problems with their bank. I can only say that the efforts Prime4x is showing to resolve the issues are at the lowest level and have nothing to do with good customer support and professional behavior. I will investigate legal steps as well to get my money
back if the issue is not resolved in the next 10 days.

Prime4x are SCAMERS, be aware people, i opened a new account with them and deposit a small amout to test them, i started to have good gain more than 50 % of the original amount, they cancelled my account and took the money claiming that is fraudulent, their phone not respond , dont work with them, they take your money

Prime4x is SCAM

I'm still waiting for my money $79,745 requested since several months now.
I think Prime4x is sending to some clients some money from time to time I mean small money like $500 but this is just their new strategy to fool people and get good comments here.
Maybe FPA Administrators who have experience with this type of brokers should help?
