I’m having an issue withdrawing my funds from Exness. I deposited using my bank card, and Exness requires me to refund the card deposit before I can withdraw my profits via crypto.
However, when I try to process the refund, it is rejected by the payment provider. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that they will not accept this type of refund from brokers. They explained that, under their banking terms and security policies, they are allowed to reject transactions they consider unusual or potentially risky. Unfortunately, they will not provide a written statement confirming this.
I am therefore unable to complete the required card refund, even though I have attempted it two times already. Could Exness please provide an alternative withdrawal method so I can receive both my original deposit and my trading profits?
I understand that Exness' Client Agreement also gives the company the right to decline a specific withdrawal method and suggest an alternative, so I would really appreciate your assistance in finding a solution. Thank you @FxMaster for your support, I know you dont work for Exness but I appreciate all the support that you give to the community to accelerate problems, I'm really trapped here because I cant withdraw any money (neither profits nor capital).
