Managed account service : The’a’system
Regarding the
MANAGED ACCOUNT SERVICE ........ quite simply this takes all the effort out of trading for you ........ in other words I place & monitor the trades on your account either directly onto the platform you use, or via MT4 Trade Copier. The trades are exactly as per the
THE’A’SYSTEM .... so you will have access to the results spreadsheets as per normal.
No monthly subscription fees are charged for the
MANAGED ACCOUNT SERVICE, but instead a fee of 25% of profits secured on a monthly basis, (when all trades are closed), are payable.
EXAMPLE ............. Trading Account of £20k
If we look at 2012 for
THE'A'SYSTEM ............ the average monthly return is 1650 pips profit. Trading 50p per pip this provides an average return of £850 per month ........... £212.50 of which is the managed account fee.
However, taking a more detailed look at 2012 as an example, starting the year with a £20k trading account balance, & trading 50p per pip :
JANUARY : 5400 pips profit = £2700 return - £675 fee.
FEBRUARY : 3600 pips profit = £1800 return - £450 fee.
MARCH : 900 pips loss = £450 loss & no fee payable.
APRIL : 300 pips profit = £150 return - £37.50 fee.
No fees payable yet for May - October until all trades are closed :
MAY : 1200 pips profit to date = £600 return to date.
JUNE : 900 pips loss to date = £450 loss to date.
JULY : 3900 pips profit to date = £1950 return to date.
AUGUST : 3000 pips profit to date = £1500 return to date.
SEPTEMBER : 600 pips profit to date = £300 return to date.
OCTOBER : 300 pips profit to date = £150 return to date.
TO SUMMARISE ............... the state of play today would be :
Total return to date = £9150
Total loss to date = £900
Total fees to date = £1162.50
OVERALL RETURN = £7087.50 ................ representing a 35% return on the original £20k investment.
Why select a leverage of 50p per pip ? Factors to consider include the number of open trades & stop losses ............... & the ability to cover a 'worse case scenario' of losing trades during the long-term swing trading strategy that THE'A'SYSTEM uses.
