Problem Title: FundingPips Master Account Dispute – Request for Independent Review

Yes.


FundingPips replied several times. However, their responses repeated the same explanation and did not provide the detailed trade-by-trade evidence that I requested.


I specifically asked for the exact trades, timestamps, and the complete calculation showing how the profit deduction resulted in the Maximum Daily Loss breach. Unfortunately, I still have not received a clear and transparent explanation supported by detailed records.


This is the main reason I brought my case here. I am seeking an independent review and greater transparency.

Please be informed that the MT5 platform time zone is in UTC+3 and the screenshots shown from our end are in Dubai time zone. To avoid any further confusion all the timings mentioned in this email will be falling in the Dubai time zone. Please be informed that there is a red fold speech on July 15 , which is Fed Chairman Warsh Testifies (USD). It started on 18:00 Dubai time and ended at 21:10 Dubai time. And on July 14 Fed Chairman Warsh Testifies (USD) has started on 18:00 Dubai time and ended at 21:00 Dubai time.





You have opened or closed all the trades mentioned in the above screenshots during the restricted time, hence the profits from those trades were deducted and none of them were opened before 5 hours of the speeches. This news rule has been clearly mentioned on our website. Please refer to the link below for a detailed explanation.

After the profit deduction, your balance reached $4,955.92 where as the daily loss threshold limit is : $4,980.92. Hence your daily loss limit has been breached. Your account could have been breached even if we don't deduct the profits from July 14th. Unfortunately, no further action can be taken from our side as it is a valid breach. We appreciate your understanding on this regard.

I understand your point. Before taking any further steps, my main request is simply transparency from FundingPips.


I have asked them several times to provide the exact trade details, timestamps, and full calculation behind the breach decision, but I have not received a complete explanation.


I believe every trader deserves a clear and fair review when an account is closed due to a rule violation.

I would like to ask for your advice regarding my future trading journey.


After my recent Master Account case, I am considering starting with another prop firm, such as FundedNext. However, I would like to know your honest opinion.


My main concern is transparency and fair treatment. I want to work with a company where the rules are clear and where similar situations will not happen again.


If you believe FundedNext provides a transparent and fair environment, I will consider starting my journey there. However, if the same type of issues may happen again, I may choose to continue trading with my own account through XM.


I appreciate your honest advice and would like to hear your opinion.
