All account passwords changed without notice.

All of my accounts (with money) changed password and now im stuck without being able to trade or any idea what happened to them.

Be very careful with this broker, it takes advantage of moments of high volatility to create gigantic candles with gigantic spreads capable of breaking an account. happened to me 2 times on AXI. while in other brokers we have a candle of 3000 points, and spread of 3000 points (on exotic pairs), in AXI the same candle is left with 12500 points and spreads of 11000 points, making your margin explode... too bad it exists brokerages in order to break their customers.

I have been a client of AxiTrader since 2010. They have recently introduced an "account inactivity fee" so I decided this was not for me, and decided to close my account. The fun begins. I sent in a request to the Service Team for help. They replied by asking for my Account Number. When I gave them the number they replied that there is no such account Number registered on their system. I checked and the Account Number was most definitely correct. I asked Axi to check their records again. They ignored this request. I tried to phone them on their 1800...... number and all I got was an answering message playing over and over again for more than an hour before I was finally disconnected. Since then I have sent them a totally new request for help and referred them to my previous request number. I duly received a message which was an exact copy of the very first message from them telling me that the Account Number I had given them does not appear on their system. All in all Axi have totally ignored all the information I had given them and they do not answer the telephone. To summarise, I found the customer service to be dismal and very slow and I would not be recommending this Broker mainly on the strength of my experience with their customer service - very poor.

I just tried trading with this broker, but the withdrawal system is slow

i just tried to trade at axi broker, after i made a profit i tried to withdraw it from my account to the same bank account when i made a deposit. but the withdrawal process at this broker is very slow, I'm still waiting for the withdrawal process. we'll see later after the do the process I will post here, how fast they finish.

Is AxiTrader a market maker?
