Broker BDSWISS scam, Broker robbed money

It's disappointing when another scam broker comes from Switzerland, bdswiss.com. They haven't paid me for 2 weeks already.

1. 1. I come from Vietnam, They took me over $ 10,000 without return, without any email sent to me, they were very quiet. (I have photos showing them not allowing me to withdraw and now they have withdrawn all from my account)

2. Their forex market manager Mr.Kang has been accused of brokers such as Exness.com, Anzanocapital.com ... to denounce customers and be fired from the company, I know and send Notify them about him from 10/2019.
But bdswiss still deliberately used him as a manager in Vietnam until 3/2020 to continue to cheat investors, so they could see they wanted to cheat in the first place.
In addition, they also organized to play PnL with IB partners, how the customers burned and lost their accounts as quickly-as much as possible, the account customers were very excited.

3. They have a RAW account that pays with a Visa card, but pay attention, even when you cancel and close the MT4 account, there are unexpected payments sent to you every night to your Visa card. You from Bdswiss, be careful of it.

Xin phép Admin cho em BÓC PHỐT, vâng lại PHỐT rồi. Thật thất vọng khi một broker lừa đảo nữa đến từ Thụy Sỹ, bdswiss.com. Họ đã không trả tôi tiền 2 tuần nay rồi.
1. Bdswiss đã lấy của tôi hơn 10.000$ mà không trả lại, không có bất kỳ một email gửi cho tôi,họ rất im lìm. ( Tôi có các hình ảnh bằng chứng họ không cho tôi rút tiền và sau đó họ rút hết tiền của tôi luôn).
2. Người quản lý thị trường forex Viet Nam của họ là Mr.Kang đã bị các Brokers như Exness.com, Anzanocapital.com...tố cáo lừa đảo khách hàng và bị sa thải khỏi công ty, tôi đã biết và gửi thông báo cho họ về anh ta từ 10/2019.
Nhưng bdswiss vẫn cố tình sử dụng anh ta làm quản lý tại Viet Nam đến nay 3/2020 để tiếp tục đi lừa đảo các nhà đầu tư, nên có thể thấy họ đã muốn lừa đảo ngay từ đầu.
Ngoài ra họ còn tổ chức chơi PnL với các đối tác IB, làm sao khách hàng cháy tài khoản và thua lỗ càng nhanh-nhiều càng tốt, khách hàng cháy tài khoản họ rất vui mừng.

3. Họ có loại tài khoản RAW thanh toán phí bằng thẻ Visa, nhưng các bạn chú ý kể cả khi các bạn hủy bỏ gói và đóng tài khoản MT4 vẫn có những khoản thanh toán bất ngờ hàng triệu đồng gửi tới bạn vào ban đêm ( khoảng 1h – 3h sáng ) tới thẻ Visa của bạn từ Bdswiss, hãy cẩn trọng nó.

Withdrawal issue

I joined BDSwiss January of this year.after reading about series of bad reviews about their withdrawal.i decided to test it out myself and withdraw from my account.i withdrew $100 dollars on the 6th of February and till today no payment.i have sent series of mail.requested for a call back sent WhatsApp messages and nothing yet.they only say someone will get back to me and no one does.i used the same deposit method to withdraw to avoid problems and yet here I am.

Our support team is here, to support you once more, till this time is resolved but there are limitations since this is not an internal issue and has to do with the specific Bank’s procedures.

NOT PAYING AFTER WITHDRAWAL

I opened my account this year January 2020 with $1000 I borrowed from a relation and after Robert Ladner (Smart Trader) I met him on Facebook advertising he was asking people to join BDswiss with minimum of $1000 that he will be providing signals but after I joined I found out that the service is not good enough for me then I first withdrew $50 it took ages to reach me then I decided to withdraw all my fund since 28 Jan 2020 till date they kept on telling me 15 working days and now that they are waiting for update from the fund processor even now they don't answer call, WhatsApp, telegram and email, please be careful of this company BDSwiss but if they can resolve it I will still testify but for now nothing from their end.

I don't trust them

Having made profit on a trade I decided to close my position. Impossible, got many different messages so I got in touch with customer service, who was very comprehensive but asked proof, so I sent live video, they said it will be transmitted, but the next day nothing and I was starting to loose my profits, anyway called again and after some research hey came back to me saying that the position was closed and what I was seeing on the screen was wrong. A few minutes later the position was closed and I was in the negative. Now assuming what they sais was true we all know that we trade following what we see, so if that isn't 100% real time and true, how can we trust and trade. Wanted to add that I had two other positions open and thinking that I had a good marge of profit My stop loss was very high, and once the position was closed I lost my two other trades as well.

this broker is a scam artist, after depositing fund. I made profit with them. and then when I try to withdrawal they tell the withdrawal is processed but the fund is missing. they lost it. they are asking to do all sort of stuff. they want to trace through my bank which charges me, and my bank is not the sender, the broker bank is, they should be doing all these stuff. they don't want to give your profit. they will have you make profit and keep it to them self, DONT REGISTOR WITH THIS BROKER< UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR FUNDS. BIG SCAMM. RUN AWAY FROM THIS BROKER. THEY SHOULD BE TAKEN DOWN. SCAMMING FOREX TRADER.

After a review of your case, we have noticed that you have been advised to inform the relevant department in writing that you do not wish to proceed with the activation of your account and request refund and account closure. As soon as you did, we have proceeded with your deposited amount and profits to your bank account number.

Kindly understand that as a regulated entity, we have procedures in place set by the international AML laws and regulators that we must follow. Verification documents are required from each client to fully verify the account, this includes proof of identity and proof of address. You have only provided us with Proof of identity at that point in time.
