We are requesting TradeviewForex.com to take immediate, honest measures to pay compensations to our clients who own below described two US$10k accounts, destroyed by TradeviewForex.com systems under the fraudulent reason that the accounts hit Margin Call / Stop Out levels.
Case #1:
Account Number: 321895
Date & Time of Account Destruction by TradeviewForex.com: 23rd May 2018, 17:02hrs
Loss Amount: US$ -6144.61

Case #1 Summary:
On 23rd May 2018 at 17:02hrs TradeviewForex.com computer system stopped out trades on our client's US$10k trading account amid over 200% Margin Level (as witnessed by us at that moment) under the fraudulent reason (and it is impossible to name it otherwise) that our client's account hit Margin Call / Stop Out level.
All our client's lengthy email communications with Tradeview.com Administration with a view to pointing out that the account was intentionally destroyed by TradeviewForex.com computer system have led to nothing.
We simply want TradeviewForex.com to publicly admit that they cheated our client by the following BASIC REASONS, and immediately pay compensation to our client:
BASIC REASONS:
1) TradeviewForex.com claims that their computer system stopped out trades on our client's account on 23rd May 2018 at 17.02hrs at their official 100% Stop Out level, when we witnessed over 200% Margin Level at the moment our client's account was destroyed.
2) Investigative materials (please see attachment) presented by Tradeview Staff Mr. Timothy Furey have proven that TradeviewForex.com computer system stopped out trades and destroyed our client's account not at 100% Margin Level as officially claimed at their website, but at a critically low Margin Level of 34.02%!!!, whereas at that moment we witnessed over 200% Margin Level on our client's account.
Therefore, the following questions are naturally raised:
1) Could it be that TradeviewForex.com computer system destroyed our client's account due to their internal system errors?
2) Or, could it be that TradeviewForex.com "secretly uses" part of client's capital for their own trading operations and thereby secretly subjects a client's account to extra risks, which is why their system API waited till the critically low Margin Level of 34.02%!!! before destruction of our client's account?

Date & Time of Account Destruction by TradeviewForex.com: 28th May 2018, 00:05hrs
Loss Amount: US$ -6750.76

Case #2 Summary:
On Friday 25th May 2018, we rounded up trading on this account with a Margin Level of approximately 800%, which could not have subjected the account to any risks when market reopened on Monday night / morning - 28th May 2018. To witness this account purposely destroyed by TradeviewForex.com computer system at 00.05hrs of 28th May 2018 under fraudulent circumstances was shocking, and we have all reasons to confirm that this account was destroyed by TradeviewForex.com computer system in similar fraudulent circumstances as in Case #1 above.
Therefore, we hereby request TradeviewForex.com to comment on these two Cases and take honest steps to immediately pay compensations to our clients.
