That is precisely the point of putting the screenshot here to dipslpay that there was nothing major on the market on the 26 November 2013. The highest from 25 November to 28 November 2013 was NEVER above 1.3620. So how come that Alpha TradingCM says that I was able to open the trade at 1.3665 on 26 November 2013? the market never rose to those highs on those three days. How then would I have ever been able to open the trade at 1.3665? this is the question they must answer. I maintain that I did open that trade and there was no way I could have ever openned that trade, it is just impossible. The market never got that high on that day. do they mean the their spread jumped to 100pips? So it os best to read the details I have put in here and be honest with the judgement. I don't mind to loose in trading. But I deslike in its strongest terms to be cheated unfairly.

I have to say I'm influenced by their unwillingness to attend this thread, and the statement that they're trying to break even; as well as a trade opening where the market didn't go.

My broker tell me that his LP regularly offers him setting adjustments to widen the spread and perform other manipulations when trades open, so a spike isn't far-fetched in my opinion.

I know how much SEO power these trader's court pages have, so I'm trying to vote conscientiously, but this is a guilty.

Hello everyone. I tried first to submit a review of this broker but instead of giving it a 1 star review I pressed a file to FPA trader's court and my short review did not appear. Only afterwards I understood that there is a formal procedure before filing a case. So I ll just post here and later will do everything recommended by site administrators step by step. Here is a copy of what I tried to post in a review section.
I have experienced the same situation as the trader (Casper Durban) who posted here before me but the amount of money stolen from me is 77 000 USD. I wanted to describe everything right here in details but I previously sent a letter to forexbrokerz site. Forex Scam: Trader Warns about AlphaTrading CM. You can read everything there and I am ready to escalate the issue to the FPA Trader's Court if necessary. The thing you should know is to stay away from this broker and stay away from Fred Velez, Dana O'Keefe, Ron Goldstein. They are a gang of scammers who completely ignored all of my claims. This is for traders and investors and HR managers, please beware when Alpha Trading CM is out of business and because of what they do they certainly will be, if you come across these names just remember who these people are. They have no respect for people, for reputation and good will. Think three times before you deal with them or hire them.
Right now I am still hoping for a refund, but if not I hope they will rot in jail.
