There is a high probability that when a broker delays or denies a withdrawal request for any reason, they have already pocketed the client's funds instead of segregating them separately into trusted public banks for example. This is highly inappropriate and possibly motivated with criminal intent, fraud or deception. Expose them and make them pay.
