Someone should publish a coffee-table book of all the ridiculous "explanations" brokers come up with! The one from HiwayFX would fit among the top. I hope the claimant will be able to get his money back. Seems to me he is a victim of Hiway robbery...
Dear Pharaon,
if you are not happy with the Bonus Terms and Conditions and afraid that your trading could be considered as violation of these rules - DON'T CLAIM THE BONUS and trade with your own money. As simple as that.
I always recommend against accepting bonuses. One reason for this is all a broker has to do is make an unsubstantiated charge of inter-broker hedging to confiscate any profits made. Such a broker might even sidestep questions about how it magically knew about an account at another broker.
So, how does Hiway Fx back up it's claim to interbroker hedging?
A. Plants spyware on client computers.
B. Shares confidential client info with other brokers.
C. Magic (i.e. crystal ball)
D. Profitable traders with bonuses are always hedging with another broker.
E. Other (please explain clearly and completely)
