Please stop making up fiction. The FPA does not and never has shared client information with brokers or any other forex company. This also applies to queries from lawyers, regulators, or law enforcement officers. Such information will only be disclosed under a court order. This is covered in the FPA's Privacy Policy, which is linked at the bottom of every page...

and the part about the FPA never selling or sharing information with companies is also covered here...

You claim...
I didn't see any agreement in the signup that our personal information would be distributed, sold and/or shared.
You aren't very observant. Let's take a look at the signup form...
When you signed up, there was a link to the Privacy Policy visible. If you missed it, you could have looked at the page footer and seen it. Instead, you try to claim it doesn't exist or was somehow hidden from you.
If a reviewer voluntarily puts their account number in the "Account number or other identifier (optional):" slot of the review submission form, that information is visible to company representatives. If it is put in the body of a review or in a post in the forums, then anyone can see it. Even if a company is trying to contact a member to resolve an issue, the FPA will forward the company representative's contact information to the FPA member and will not share the member's information with a company without explicit permission. In the event of a law enforcement office or regulator asking for a member's contact, I personally forward the information to the member. Read this if you still think the FPA hands out private information on request...

You obviously missed that the self-review by a company representative was not only given a moderator note to indicate the review is fake, but was also is assigned a
Zero star rating, which penalizes the company's overall rating. This policy has greatly reduced the number of companies leaving fake reviews for themselves.
Automated moderation of posts from people with low post counts prevents large amounts of spam. You seem to prefer to see the forums overflowing with recovery room scams and gurus offering 50% per day profits in every thread. The FPA is here to protect traders, not to bury them in scam offers.
It's too bad you have this urge to make up scary stories instead of using the FAQ or simply asking questions. Even when you are pointed to the correct place in the FAQ, you don't seem to want to bother to use it. I see you haven't bothered to fill out the contact form on the "Hey Dude" page. Filling out that that form could have gotten your issue straightened out far faster than the time you've wasted creating even more conspiracy theories. If you really read the
Hey Dude, Where's My Review? page and it didn't explain the issue, why didn't you follow the instructions and use the form instead of starting this whole new thread to ask about it? Why didn't you use the form when the Review Mods added a note to your first post? Why didn't you use the form when I told you about it again in Post #4 above?
Since you feel you can do a much better job running a forums and review site with no moderation, please go ahead and open your own forums and reviews site. Come back after a year and let me know how many people accused you of being unfair and having a god complex. You can also tell me how great your site is and list all the ways it does a better job of dealing with spammers, scammers, and people who have nothing better to do than come up with easily disproven conspiracy theories.
You probably think I'm going to ban you. Believe it or not, being a crazy conspiracy theorist who would rather argue and insult me than actually reading forms isn't a bannable office. You're going to have to get a lot more uncivilized if you want to run around bragging about how your false and misleading statements got you tossed.
What I am going to do is correctly label you as Conspiracy Theorist and dump this thread where it belongs. It will remain on permanent display in the Forex Insanity folder as a reminder to people to pay attention and check the facts before making up crazy stories.
