Guys, I am reporting this case so that no one falls into this trap and just before proceeding legally against the company who is trying to hold my money!
This month, I was approached by a company named (Forex Trading Central) who offered me to open an account with them. I agreed and was directed to one of their platforms (BECFD.com) where I did the deposit (545$) and immediately opened a position under the guidance of a nice lady her name is Sara Johnson through remote access app called ( Any Desk)
In the same day, the position closed with 35$ lose. Therefore, I’ve messaged her on skype but she didn’t reply back.
Next day I decided to withdraw the money an email from them asking me to validate my account. Documents were submitted (Debit Card Copy, ID and Utility Bill) from my side and an email confirmation followed from their support team.
On the same day, Sara Johnson have called me and asked me not to worry regarding the 35$ loose also she apologized regarding her ignorance to my skype messages due to her emergency issues. Also she affirmed that a new account manager will call me for further explanation and to change my mind for the withdrawal request.
Friday 13th Oct someone called me (Forgot his name) and told me that the 35$ was lost due to the wrong position setting as it was a human error and it will be revised and he recommended not to open any position meanwhile and scheduled an appointment on Monday 16th Oct 10 AM.
Monday 16th Oct, I have waited there call till 2 PM but with no luck. Therefore, I have decided to call back the same no received a call from on 13th Oct and I asked the reason behind the delay of their call since I postponed an important meeting for the same reason.
One hour later a new account manager called me mentioning that his name is “ Eric Joy “ he gave me a lengthy presentation explaining that i should follow his trading strategy since my 507$ will not justify anything and asked me to deposit 2400$ more. I told him clearly that I want to start with my funds since this is the money I wants to start with.
After that his language started to change stating that I’m not smart enough, 507$ will not take us anywhere and the % he will get its nothing since he is skyping with me for hours with sarcasm tone. Therefore, I told him that I will process the withdrawing request and to whom I need to contact then he told me that in that case I have to find my own way and he has nothing to do with it.
Today 17th October, I have mailed “ Support@becfd.com , Backoffice@becfd.com and Biiling@becfd.com “ requesting them to process my withdrawal request and tried to call them several times on Support no but with no repose.
Few minutes later I have received the below mails
4:53 PM I have received a call from another account manager stating that he is from BECFD requesting me to start training. Therefore, I explained to him that I’ve requested to withdraw my amount and will not go further for trading. Then he started shouting and yelling stating that I need to open 3 positions in 3 days OR ELSE I WILL NOT GET THE MONEY BACK . I told him as per the mail from billing@becfd.com that all positions should be closed and remain closed to process the withdraw then he replied that this is his policy and if my money will not be back I will pursue my right to collect it back then he hang up !
After his call, I called the support @ +442038072033 and explained to them about what had happened. part that the lady asked me to contact my account manager. Again I explained to her about what had happened but she was helpless asking me that she will investigate and will call me back.
Few minutes later after my call, my second withdrawal request was cancelled then I sent them another mail as below and I applied again for money withdrawal request.
