Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

IRONFX: MY EXPERIENCE... POOR

A customer service group who answer questions with generic "links" to the ironfx.com website which leave the customer to "interpret" answers to their questions.

Watch out for the SIGN UP BONUS, which is nothing more than a line of credit equal to your initial deposit. Following a good trading sequence, If you try to withdraw your own funds an equal percentage of the BONUS is deducted from your account. If you manage to loose your initial deposit and end up with a total near zero you now "owe" Iron FX the amount of your BONUS. This is no problem if you immediately close the account and move to another trading company, but this becomes a problem and is apparent only AFTER you make a second deposit to the original trading account. The amount you deposit for the second time will be minus or LESS the amount of your SIGN UP BONUS which has been lost during trading. This bonus is effectively a loan which needs to be paid back and is nothing more than an amount which will allow your margin trading levels to increase.

The spreads on the S&P are 75 points compared to FXPRO which are 25. Spreads on major FX pairs is poor and the minors is outrageous.

The time taken to process withdrawals is minimum 5 working days (even to the credit card used to fund the account) and takes longer to do bank transfers.

Generally, the information/reviews I found online must be "paid" as my experience was consistently poor as compared to my other trading companies. I opened an account with IRONFX because of the reviews and the fact they offered a debit card linked to the trading account, a service which is not available from my other trading accounts(Saxobank, HSBC, and FXPRO).

Safe to say that I am not a fan. Future clients should be fully aware of the signup bonus offered by IRONFX.

Every day has slipage without transparency in commissions / spreads and not have someone to solve problems

I can just agree with you .. Something strange happens! High spreads and slippage rule.. Good to know about the ''bonus'' (or loan!). I received 60% extra in that occasion .. Now I withdrawn all the my funds and of course bye bye bonus! Just another trick to attract customers..
Very poor platform as well.. I would not recommend this operator.

This is by far the greatest broker around. No problems whats so ever! If you don't like the spreads, get a fixed spread account and you wont have problems with the spread! The 60% bonus is deducted when withdrawal is requested, someone mentioned about returning bonus amount if account balance is lost. Open a new account and deposit funds into the new account. you dont have to run to a new broker, just open new account.....if you do this, you don't have to return bonus on new account! Outstanding broker. Not a lot of information out there, thats only because this company doesn't have to many complaints!

I strongly recommend this broker because i had no problems with them at all!
