My questions were in response to hoodles statement. He said Dec couldn't prove and you still have not shown me he couldn't prove.
You have said yourself it's not impossible to make them numbers so that's fine.
He stated no one knew where funds where. My response was who was asked or denied.
Now you have said you were, but your not a client so why would he show you? So again show me in screenshot a client asking him where the funds are and him denying the request? I did state before funds were frozen aswell don't forget!
Hoodle was going on about the Tesco driver in such a sarcastic way.
I still find his former employment irrelevant and I mentioned the linkedin although I have not seen it because I know Tesco was not his last job and you all have mentioned it multiple times (because of course you can't be a forex messiah after working at Tescos)

Hoodle then closed his statement with ramblings about the update about no longer trading, which again were false so I merely corrected him. Assumption of why the update was made which made no sense because no trading was taking place whilst under investigation.

So you answer to number 5 is fine but it's nothing we did not know.

Declan should have been providing proof of trades all along why did he not do this? What did he have to hide? He did nothing wrong, he's trading client's money and making a profit. It's simple though the burden of proof is not for me - It's for Declan to prove he did actually do what he said he was doing and provide the transaction reports to clients like he should have done all of long. At present these reports have never been seen by any one client or not. Declan will never post here so if a client had seen this information all they have to do is come here and share the information the argument of if trades did or did not happen is over.

If Declan thought it was important enough to delete one linked in profile and update another about his Tesco job 5 years ago he could have spent a few more minutes updating it with all his relevant trading experience and training - it's obviously a pressing matter to him over the last week.

Oh wait no he could not have done this - he has no devices the police has them. Maybe he asked his legal representatives to update it for him?

I'll agree with you that there is no reason why this update was made and Declan could have since changed his mind and will continue his business with no FCA authorisation, FSCS cover and against the law.

Let's be realistic here.

He is smart enough to be trading forex and earning 3% a day. He's smart enough then to grab a calculator and work out the compounding interest a day. He's smart enough to realise that he does not need anyone else's money.

No one else in the world seems to have figured it out why is that? We know no one else has figured it out because where are all the stories of people doing this in the news? The investment firms or the genius mathematicians or other types of that ilk? Why has this never been on Dragons Den?

All Declan needs is £1 to start its hardly a risk and 3 years later those 3% a day have added up to £11,260,221,773. Imagine if those smarty pants on wall street did this with all their money? Or people here am sure if you offered people here a deal of 5 years of trading "practice" then 3 years with £1 investment and then being setup for life they would work their arses of to make that happen.

That's definatly smart and does not even need FCA authorisation as your only trading personally for yourself or not having to setup a company and all that hassle. There was no need for any of it by Declan but out the kindness of his heart he decided to give back to Scunthorpe. Can't fault his sense of charity.

We're not talking dreams here this is all fact isn't it? Declan is smart and makes 3% a day with a trading strategy what will take some level of smartness and mathematics. This is of course all true and he has been trading and he is a smart lad!

While you’re all bitchin amongst each other you’ve forgotten one MAJOR point… Why would there be a police investigation at all if Declan could PROVE to the Police that trading had been taking place. He could literally open his laptop and put it all to bed within minutes.
Yet here we are, with an update from the police stating this could take a long time to piece together…..
