It’s her. I had multiple video calls with her as did 3 othersIs that her real identity or the scammer just stole the photos of an innocent person?

Wow, that's bold. South Korea is a country that should cooperate on law enforcement. It’s her. I had multiple video calls with her as did 3 others
What has law enforcement in South Korea said when you reported it there?surprisingly when I first approached this woman, her comments towards me were not to use Instagram to expose her otherwise she will report me to Instagram. Almost daily I post scam warnings about her and have been for several months and I still waiting for instagram to contact me. In the mean time, 3 other people approached me about her and showed me other accounts of hers. The only thing she has done is posted on her site about how her account was hacked.
Not sure that US law enforcement can help if the jurisdiction is South Korea, you probably need to report over there.I have reported it to 3 agencies here local and FBI said they would contact once they investigated
Morgan bell contact me also after I got scammed, this is recovery scam or connected with scammer. They sent me a wire transfer receipt picture that I sent to scammer with my driver license. This sounds like a recovery scam. You should probably report them too.

They claim to be related to the CFPB, but the CFPB (consumerfinance.gov) makes no mention of of MorganBellLaw.com.
I suggest you contact consumerfinance.gov/about-us/contact-us/ directly and share this information with them. If you are in the USA, there's a toll free number. If not, I suggest using the complaint submission form also linked on that page.
