Hi Dora!I like this approach. We all have a bunch of things we say we would love to do if we had more time, but it's easy to forget about these things when we are faced with a situation like this, especially if there is existential stress involved. I like to keep a running list with things I want to do if I have the time, and I look at that list when I find myself with some extra time on my hands.
Even I am in a habit of making a to-do list and work accordingly. This really helps in doing all the tasks without any chaos.
