Problem fpmarkets (FP Markets) terminated my account and took my money.

My accounts are # 80010632 and # 80016066 at fp markets. On Feb 19 2024 I suddenly received an email from riskteam@fpmarkets.com informing me that my account is paused due to an ivestigation of abusive trading. A day later I received the next email accusing me of abusive trading and therefor they stole 14118.92 USD (the whole money) and terminated my account. The accusation they sent is simply general ( it seems it is well prepared as pretext to steal clients money), no details at all which transactions they meant and this email even without a name of person (only risk team)

Of course I immediately responded to this theft by saying that what they did just illegal and simply a robbery. I wrote them all my arguementations. I wrote them many times. But you know how they reacted. SILENCE. THEY JUST DO NOT REACT AT ALL. STOLE CLIENTS MONEY AND LEFT THEM IN DARK. IT IS VERY BRUTAL.

So for now I have no choice except to sue them and at the time to report to all financial/securities oversight commissions where fpmarkets is registerred and share my experience in every trader forum.

With my experience I would like to warn trader that FP MARKETS IS SIMPLY A SCAM BROKER. THEY CAN DO THE SAME TO ANY CLIENTS TO STEAL CLIENTS MONEY. SO DO NOT TRUST THEM AND REMOVE YOUR MONEY IMMEDIATELY BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE.

I also expect if some one has any advices for me in this terrible time.

I would like to expose here my experience with FP Markets. They have blocked my account on 14th of April, and at the same day i have requested a withdraw of my funds. Besides all profits were deleted also my deposit is still at the broker without giving me access to withdraw or login on the portal. Several emails were sent to riskteam, support, dealing desk, even to the owner and nothing is done. I can say with all the words that they are a scam company! be aware.

Few steps that you must follow to draw their attention to your issue,
Follow the suggested steps below:

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.
Go to their website and invite them to here via Live Chat
Invite them to join this thread via email (Send an email to every possible address).

You have to battle them, they normally do that but at the end, they can't steal your money. They have contracts with banks, payment processors, etc. Several complaints will put them at risk of losing the ability to receive client's funds. They normally do this when there is a lot of ppl doing arbitrage and they want to scare them. And sometimes also steal a little bit ahahaha.

Advice: Contact every regulator where they are regulated and registered and add FPmarkets email attached too.
