Original FPA Traders Court Submission:

I am submitting the case against: www.aaoption.com

My Case is: "ve been trying for over a month to get aaoption to return my funds, on October 17,2015 I requested to have all I I trading stop, close account, return all funds. Victor Donovan , after several emails said I would get my funds asap. That was over a month ago, my account was closed, I have no access, Ive not received any of my money! I've tried many times to get ahold of them. the live chat tells me someone will contact me, but that never happened either!
I don't know what else to do but start here!
Are they scamming me?
I opened account july 21, 2015 using master card an initial deposit of 250.00. (sent the declaration July 26,2015)then got a call from Victor Donovan the same weekend & convinced me he could make me some money over a bit of time , so july 22, 2015 I made another 3 -one thousand dollar deposits. so i deposited $3250.00 using master card. in US funds. The balance of my account when I asked for the balance was $6497.50

Since we are building the capital for the following month and not just for this month,as I said we must hold withdrawals for the first 8 weeks to have it profitable and in progress so by the second month we'll generate $1,700,by the following $2,200 and on and on.

Ask them exactly what they need and try your best to provide it. For example, if you are disputing for failure to provide withdrawal service, send them links to and screenshots of the withdrawal info on AAOption's website. Also include anything you have to show failed withdrawal attempts.

Yo AsstMod! This withdrawal is taking a very long time. Any chance for a formal invitation this week?
 
We give them a few days to reply. Please post an update sometime on Wednesday if you haven't heard back from them. If that happens, then this thread moves to Open Cases and gets voted on the following week.
 
Still no response, I still send emails & when i call all i get is that they will give my account manager Victor Donovan the message to contact me. I asked if anyone else can help me & I am told that only the account manager can!
