being a Billion dollar company; they shouldn't be short staff & their sole purpose as a company is to be responsible with peoples money. Its like cutting lack to the engineers that create air bags, it doesn't matter if I brought a Honda civic "example for my case being smaller than others", its their sole purpose to be on top of all air bags. The things in life that you don't mess with is peoples lives, family and money; if you cut lack on these categories, your just a Naive person.
