Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Has anyone heard of emarketcorporation.com or Empire Market Corporation. They use a Facebook site with the following URL: facebook.com/emarketcorporation/

emarketcorporation.com forwards to something unrelated to investments. Are you certain that's the correct url?

They have a virus or something on their website that forwards traffic to spam sites. They use their Facebook page: facebook.com/emarketcorporation/ .

This is the correct URL to their Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/emarketcorporation/ and their "account managers" are Max Pavel (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100010571144217) and Derrik C. Cruz (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100013798720037) . They also use a secret FB group that is by invitation only.

I personally suggest avoiding any person or company who wants your money and doesn't have an established website of their own which clearly shows where they are regulated.

They even gave me a Cysec certificate for the company. Even though I am sure it is fake?

100% fake. Send a copy of that directly to Cysec. They don't take kindly to companies using forged licenses.

As much as I rip Cysec for their assorted screwups, they have added one great feature to their licenses. The license number shows the name of the regulated company, but also includes the names of all authorized domain names the license applies to.

Here's the real owner of Cysec license 273/15:

I don't see anything about Empire Market Corporation on it, do you?

Thank you, I have sent it to the company to explain, as well as started to warn others.

While waiting, send a copy to Cysec too. If there's a legitimate explanation (not likely), no harm is done. if it's the obvious forgery it appears to be, that means Cysec doesn't have to wait while EMarketCorp comes up with another lame excuse.
