    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Does anyone have something new to say about this broker? I am close to planning to open a mini account with them. Can anyone make me think that I should not do this, becouse what I have read in the review section gave me some confidence?

I have lost my money USD2000 on my first deposit via wire transfer, they said the process would takes 5 day but after 2 weeks I still could not see my money deposited into my trading acc. I am not able to trade until today. I have contacted their live chat several times everyday since the incident and keep getting promises that never happened and at the same time telling me not to worry. Well, wouldn't you?
For some, USD2000 may be just a small amount to be forgotten but for me, it's a big money though, it's my hard earned money. I am very sad as what they did is just keep apologizing for my convenience. I don't want apology. I want to trade, so I want my money to be in my trading acc. The first day I had contacted them and they told me my request has been sent to specialist department and they will update the status by e-mail. I have not got any e-mail then so I contacted them again. On the second time, the were apologizing and telling me the same thing that my request has been sent to specialist department (I am back to square one). On the third time, they again apologizing and told me that my money will be in my trade acc by tomorrow (this answer was just to shut me down). On the fourth time, they again apologizing and suddenly asked for the invoice no. pluas HARD COPY of the transaction to be submitted to specialist department as for the investigation request they are about to send. What?? What happened to ["Don't worry sir, your money will be in your acc tomorrow"]. So here I am back to square one as they claimed the request have just been sent since they just got the details from me on the fourth attempt. I would like to believe Exness however till now, I kept being turned down and I still lost contact with my USD2000. Nobody knows where it is now. So what's to like huh?? [Very sad.]

As far as my experience exness is a good broker no doubt about it.
Deposits are instant, regarding withdrawal, I'll post when I do.
One problem that I have encountered recently but is still not fixed even after 4 days.
That is, the news tab in mt4 have disappeared. Uninstalled, reinstalled, enable news etc but no success.
Even after formatting my drive and re-installing the windows the problem still persists.
I look forward to see what "Exness Representative" have to say about it.

I use Skrill (previously moneybookers) for withdrawals and most of the time (75%) they are instant as well.

Let me explain what is a Gap and how goes a process of execution of pending orders which fell in Gap.

Please, remember, that it's not an ordinary situation when Gap is always obvious on a candle chart in the terminal. There are many Gaps in the body of a candle but you can't see it by yourself. A candle is always built based on 4 main parameters: Open price, Close price, maximum price and minimum price. Alongside with these prices there are many other prices which are called tic prices. On a high-volatile instrument, there can be a common situation when in the body of a candle there are a few Gaps because some of the tic prices could be missing in the body of a candle during its building. Please, pay attention that it mainly happens on the high-volatile instrument or when an important economical news are released, that is why trying to find Gap on a candle chart is not quite correct for analyzing a situation.

In our company there is the specific Gap rule for pending orders: "EXNESS guarantees no slippage practically for all pending orders executed at least three hours after trading opens for that particular Forex instrument. Exceptions are orders that fall in the price gap, for which the following rule applies: if the price specified in the pending order falls into the gap, and the difference (absolute value) in points between the first market quote (after the gap) and the price of the order is equal to or exceeds a certain number of points (gap level) for a particular instrument, such an order will be executed at the first market quote that follows the gap. In all remaining cases the order execution price will correspond to the price specified in the order." This rule is published on the official web-site of the company in the section called "Contract Specifications". There you can find the examples of execution of such pending orders as Buy Stop, Sell Stop (section "Let's examine examples of pending orders executed").

Thank you for your answer, but i found else nasty conversation of your client and your Support Team. Your colleagues were right. But the client cannot used the card, because you had the technical problems. How often do you have the technical problems? I am going use the card, so it is very important for me.

When a situation takes a lot of time, we always inform our clients about it.

Last time there weren't any technical failures. All payment methods are available to use in a ordinary mode.

I would highly appreciate if you could provide me with your account number, client's account number and the numbers of orders for which commission was not fully credited.

I experience lots of problems...quotes are freezing at least 3 times/minute ( the timer is ticking and my internet connection is stable! ), orders are closing within 10 seconds ( server response time is extremely high! ). I was trying to place a stop for the Gold, I was able to count 21 tries until it was accepted. I tried to close my EUR/USD order with the one-click module, I waited 8 seconds until it is closed. With Exness, I can remember the old times when brokers were operating with dealing desks.
Of course, I am talking about the mini account type. I suspect that with ECN accounts trading will be a lot more smoother...

In the past, I had another mini account, the problems were the same. That's why I changed the broker....

P.S. Of course, nobody is perfect!

The reason why you have not received commission for these clients is that they are registered in EXNESS LIMITED (VC) but your account is registered in EXNESS (CY) LTD.
According to CySEC regulations, agents are not eligible to get commission from clients who are registered in another company.
Could you please contact me at evgeniya.isakova@exness.com to check your issue?
