Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

General discussions of a financial company
Well, anything could happen really. There was a mistake or maybe it was a problem on the bank's or payment system's side. But it could be the broker's fault as well, you souldn't ignore this option.

No, I didn't go any further. They've withdrawn money and that's enough for me. I think it's not going to happen again.

No, I've withdrawn a standard sum, I've attached a screenshot earlier. As I said, I got the money and that's the main thing.

Payments is probably the most important thing. But forex optimum is doing a great job here. There are no delays, plus, you can always contact the support with any question.

Btw, the support is doing great job here. They always reply really quickly and are ready to help. Kudos to the broker for that.

LAMM? And when did optimum switch to lamm? I remember they had good pamm conditions but I didn't know anything about lamm. The conditions are as good as with pamm?

Hello, everybody. Do you think this broker would be suitable for a newbie? I know that I can read the conditions on their site but this is only theory. I'd like to know how things really are.

For newbies the broker is quite suitable, you can deposit some money and check. Have you ever traded before or haven't tried trading on a real yet?
