Delayed withdrawals seems to be the modis operandi of choice for unscrupulous brokers. At the very least it points to a liquidity problem and we should all know by now that liquidity issues usually mean someone is having, or had, a good time with customer funds.

Dear David,

Please what is your contact phone number? We will see if you are indeed a real person and not just Max making out he is many different people like it seems he does with compliance etc. as they were supposed to be in NZ but only answered during the Euro daytime, seems strange right?
