Hello I'm new (as you've probably already noticed) Hope to be an active member of the forums.

Anyways I was wondering if there are any forex brokers that don't require identification (I.e. Passport, license, id)?

Sure, there are lots of them...but they're all scams.
If you're worried about tax, there's only a paper trail once you make a withdrawal.
Basically, them having your ID protects you to a small degree, as they can always argue that the holder of the account isn't actually you and just keep your money.
