my name is ugochukwu anyanwu and i am a nigerian. i have been surfing the site and i think the materials her are wonderful. i have been a demo trader for a while now and i want to go into the real thing. my only question is, for the free signals generated here, which is the best time frame to apply these signals. is it better for long term trades or intraday trades?

The best time to trade is the london session from 7am to around abouts 10am, there are a few good websites and different packages avaiable out there that give ive signals, hope this helps
