Problem instaforex + long wait withdrawal

Why did you lose all money? I still have 50%
Problem is, I can not withdraw the money through the harshest crossings.
They claimed that my account waiting to be processed.I wrote several cards to withdraw funds.I have not received even one.

I think that through, they had planned to steal the remaining 50%.
